Beauty Associates –
Cashiers-Beauty Associates assume the responsibilities of operating computerized cash registers to complete transactions and providing general customer service. Workers greet patrons, scan and bag products, answer questions about products and services, and issue change and receipts. The position involves a great deal of communication with coworkers and customers. Applicants must possess sound communication skills and friendly, team-oriented attitudes to gain employment. Workers must also feel comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for hours at a time.
Beauty Consultants –
Available product floor positions provide part-time scheduling capabilities for entry-level job seekers. Workers take on various departmental tasks depending on the specific area assigned. Consultant job duties include availabilities in chemical product section, wig section, cosmetic, inventory/storage, professional stocking, and most importantly customer service. Many positions require Consultants to actively participate in product sales. Applicants must possess a positive mental attitude and the ability to work well with others. Consultants will earn competitive wage at start, with opportunities for advancement into higher pay scales through proven performance and experience gained.
Beauty Specialists –
Beauty Specialists is a licensed professional that assumes the responsibilities of being fully knowledgeable about the products in your section. Be able to confidently answer questions about the product and uses.
Depending on your area of expertise you will be expected to assist the customer in the decision process and the overall experience sometimes through product application. (NAIL TECHNICIANS, HAIR INSTALLERS, MAKE-UP ARTISTS, EYELASH, EYEBROW TECHNICIANS, MASSEUSE)
